I assume by the number of views (over 140) and 0 responses that us appraisers don't have need to solicit to such clients! Sorry that you haven't had your question answered yet... I don't have an answer (sample letter) either, as I haven't solicited to banks since I started out on my on in 1988. If I find one I'll be glad to pass it along.
