Again, CALL THE LENDER client, tell them their AMC agent is not paying you and you want them, the lender to pay you, and they can go after AMC for collection. If lender replies they already paid the AMC, tell them they are still responsible for their agent's actions and you will hold them responsible. Believe me, once they they will feel some pain, they will prod the AMC to pay you and you will get paid. And tell the AMC you called the lender and told them you did not get paid. The AMC does not give a sh**t about you, but they don't want to lose their lender client, and same with lender, they dont' want you turning them in the state atty general for using appraiser work that has not been paid for.
