IF your a licensed Appraiser in Pima County AZ & you feel as though you MAY have over inflated some Appraisals to assist in the transaction of loans for some "Nice Folks" In Pima County, & the lady from the BANK seemed so sexy that you could not deny her of your sevices & You now feel as though the pressure to do this was so great that you had no other choice & that in not assisting would have met that you'd not be able to feed your family, or that you'd never get anymore work. You may want to get to 44th street & Washington St, in Phoenix. as Fast as you possibly can.

So Karl, does she work at the Greyhound Park, at the wager window? Or did they build a bank on site to help the patrons get easy access to a loan? :laugh:
Thought by being sure to indicate that it is a in state BANK & not a Mortgage Company that wants these Appraisers that Appraised in Pima County, see I didn't appreciate the comment that I didn't like Appraisers, So I thought I would give a friendly bit of advice & it would help norrow down those that MAY want to get to 44th & Washington St FAST!! Others should heed this advise but the Grand Jury is already on this particular one, so time is getting extremly short. Those of you in other states continue to make this a humorous thread, Those Appraisers in AZ that THINK think is a joke, Think what you want, BUT be sure to think.

IF I was in the trouble that some appraser's that did work in Pima County are in, I would hope that someone on one of those two streets could help me from being screwed. Course then again maybe these particular Appraisers have a fondness for a sugar daddy in thier cells.
