I have 8 years of residential appraisal experience. (I am the one in the continuing ed classes that always knows all the answers)
Willing to work Cook/Lake counties in IL. Experience with SF, Condo, 2-4 unit, RELO, retrospective, Land Valuation and Review. I have worked with banks, brokers and attorneys as well as private parties.
Looking for stable split fee work and/or on staff position.
Currently using Clickforms, but will switch to your choice of program.
