Agree I would have told occupant they may want it removed BUT on PMI I know they do not care so now the owner knows his safety risk. Appraisers make 90% of all their own problems

glen says is correctly. assignment type is to determine value for pmi removal. i doubt the pmi company has anyone to read the whole report. value there, pmi gone.
mostly people die from the smoke, not the fire. don't even reach the windows. house fires are also so infrequent. well maybe except california with the brush fires burning down houses.
