This conversation reminds me of the current political climate and the hatred for the outsider Donald Trump. Elected but not accepted. Haters should spend their time productively seeking solutions rather than spouting half arse supported theories but no answers other than this is not acceptable. I don't espouse the Bi Fur concept, but the arguments presented here by the haters are actually ammunition for the proponents. as they illustrate that the only reason appraisers reject is to protect their turf and fees. We damn well better come up with some better arguments and ideas ASAP or the end of the gravy train of "Full Appraisals" is about to meet another train head on.

Since you don't espouse the bi fur concept, what are your reasons? What "better" arguments are out there since you reject the arguments made...

Relating it to hatred of Trump? Nonsensical arguments that lack substance. What better arguments are out there? You tell me. That's the point. All of the hue and cry has produced no real legitimate arguments other than it will potentially cut into appraisers fees and diminish the need for a "full 1004" appraisal. I remember back in the day when it was required that whenever a property was sold that there had to be a new survey, even if it was in a subdivision with recorded plats etc. You damn well better believe that the survey engineers raised holy hell when the idea no to require a new survey when there was already one in existence, but their argument was weak and only sought to protect an income stream that the market had accepted as "Normal Course of Business" prior. See any correlation? If you don't, you are on your way to flipping burgers at Micky Ds. Join the crowd pushing for $15/hour ASAP, because bitching and moaning about bi furs with out some REAL reasons and SOLUTIONS is pizzing in the wind.
