IMO, McKissock's courses for General Certification did not prepare me for the Exam.

I wasn't trying to be snarky but over the years we have had a few unfortunates on this forum who have crossed the line into doxxing or other offline hostilities due to personal disagreements. Most people here use a handle rather than their real names.

Suggest to counter said isolation would be to make friends with other appraisers...whether virtual or local. IRWA, AI and other groups have Quarterly meetings...best medicine.

Get ready for the naysayers...

P.S. disagree with McKissock comment...they didn't do me wrong on test passing.
Now, that's different with pursuit of MAI...the AI instructor would reference QE course tables, excel files, etc.

I also just don't have any pictures of myself that are any good that don't have my wife or daughter lol!
