I have done several 3.6 with the mobile app, Iphone 18 promax, same workflow as Airstream indicated. The sf from the mobile app does transfer to the desktop report, including porch, patio, garage, etc.. All photos came over as expected and most of the quiklist I made on the desktop are accessible from the mobile app. I have never had any trouble syncing to mobile or desktop.
