it is a good thing i kept an original of my exam result and sent another original to the state. the testing center where i took the exam, sent the state a disk with me marked as absent. :o looks like there will be delays in receiving my license. oh well, i passed and i have proof.

CONGRATULATIONS, GREAT TO HEAR.

Speaking of incorrect exam results, listen to this true story: There is an MAI, SRA, member of our AI chapter that has taught appraisal classes for 25 years and loves to teach. Back in the early 90’s when appraisal regulation came in he was the most involved appraiser in the state going to meeting etc., and finally wound up as the second chairman of the state appraisal board.
He was so active in getting the appraisal regulation system up and running that they let him be the first person to take the general certified exam. The exam was on one of those touch screen deals. Guess what? He flunked the test. Of course after further evaluation and recapulation of the results it was determined that the machine was at fault. Fortunately, before I took the test they had it fixed and I got 100 on the test.

That's why I keep copies of everything related to my license. :D
