Incorrect Zoning on appraisal

In my experience, most municipalities are happy to upgrade zoning to less intensive use such as single-family residential, from commercial. That your buyer walked away, may be only a ploy to lower the price and/or get you to go thru formalities & pay expense of modifying zoning. Any developer with any experience knows how to handle zoning boards. Tell us what happens when you visit with buyer (( and *do* visit, phone calls and $$ can work against you ))
