IRS "date of death" Appraisal Report Format

Presuming that a majority of non-lending valuations including those for the tax court are retrospective, based often upon effective dates several years in the past, the significance of the condition on the inspection date isn't that critical.

Actually, the majority of the date of death appraisals I have done are fairly current. IRS needs a valuation within 6 months, max.
