I have been reading this forum for 18+ years. Over the course of these years I was able to determine I would never use ACI software just by what I read on this forum. Do you ever wonder why AMCs want appraisals delivered in ACI format? Especially now with xml delivery? Yeah, to get you more business..right. Do any major lenders, VA, Fannie Mae or FHA require ACI delivery? I do very little AMC business, but if any company asks for ACI delivery or HotSpot, I decline. I have somehow made it 25+ years without it. But I have use Alamode for 20+ year which makes me an Alamode shill.
