Is AI too honest for appraisal work?

AI just searches the internet kinda the same way we do. It will see the same updates we do.

As for the OP, AI can be given restrictions on bias reporting just like appraisers, so this is probably no biggie unless it goes rogue like that Amazon hiring algo did back in the day

When I first started in appraising, it was known that appraisers shouldn't mention about crime in area because it wasn't politically correct.
Maybe with crime stats for proof but that was going into trouble territory.
So since then, never mentioned about crime even though appraisers know it's relevant in neighborhoods. That's the way it is and live and work with it.
