I am an over 25 year user of ACI, but seriously considering changing to SFREP for the 3.6. They seem to have their pulse on what is going on.

I'm sure a lot of folks will be changing softwares - especially if Brian Zittin can follow through with his 'free' version.

I used SFREP in the stone age when signatures came on floppy disks and it was a DOS program. I'd imagine Total will get the kinks worked out bc it's not formatting properly on my Android tablet yet.

They have a nice 3.6 solution and a 6 month trial, give them a shot.

Wayne Pugh is an MAI as well. He understands the business and what appraisers like.
He's no running things (retired) but the people who are know their stuff. The main thing is: they are not a big corporation nor run or influenced by the AMCs or lenders. They are appraiser-first.
