How do you book 7mos out, when most entities want their appraisals within 10 days?

I was jesting, I rarely book beyond 4 days.

I was making light of the self proclaimed guru who sends all those Carelton Sheets type emails about how to improve one’s business for a $299 program. The gentleman you’re referring to actually has an excellent business model which appears to be both recession and bubble proof.

Why do you believe that "The gentleman" has a recession and bubble proof business model????
Is it because "The gentleman" has a spouse with a high paying salary????
