Is Anyone Famililar With A 2055 Interior Form. 9/96?

I have checked my appraisal software and a 2055 interior form is not listed. Is anyone familiar with this form. It has a date of 9/96?

The 2055 is for an exterior SOW. Double check with your client for the proper form.

Like Eddie8 said, 2055 is exterior only.

The 9-96 2055 is available in Wintotal and has checkbox for exterior or interior and exterior inspections.

the 9-96 form is available in my ACI as 2055 w limiting conditions. and yes this one allows you to select interior or exterior inspection. some folks must not remember the old days with 2055 interiors...

You just need to read the certifications in the old 2055 as some of them have been retired.

in pre historic times it was helpful to know about the inside for a more better 2055 appraisal. maybe they think you can do a full walk thru appraisal for a 2055 fee.
