Is It Super Slow Or What?

The rates must be getting low again because I'm getting more orders and I'm rejecting more orders. I finishing a purchase. My first purchase appraisal in past month. I even got one about 10 miles away but I rejected another because it was a condo.
 
We too are curious what has happened. We have been steady all year, last week business almost completely stopped.
The HUD work has stopped, no one seems to know why.
Lending work is slow, just a few here and there.
Anyone have an idea why?

Staff appraisers. That's why.
 
That may be the answer to why lending work is slow but not to why HUD work has stopped.
 
What I'm hearing is that they are ordering cheap BPO's from real estate agents, who then low ball the final value and earn a fast $25.00-$50.00 (maybe).
 
Work has slowed a bit here, still a trickle, but less than the last couple of months. My workload is probably waiting for me to go on vacation....

I'm working on this new file and I see the borrowers just refi back in December 2010.
Thanks for the high rates in December 2010 because I doing a lot of refis for those who got a loan 4-5 months ago.
I notice these refis only work for people with high qualified incomes.
 
Here in So Cal and I am extremely slow. Haven't been this slow since back at the end of 2007. :angry:
 
Almost booked out 2 a day for most of next week. Full fee clients. It pays to be self serving. Actually it pays very well to be self serving!
