Is Miami Nice This Time of Year?

I hunt dove with a bean flip and shoot left-handed to keep from tearing up so much meat.
What, pray tell, is "a bean flip"? A 410? Never mind, Google clued me in. I haven't had one of those since the old wrist rocket days.

The contract is $31,000... the house is in very poor condition. The SF estimate is wrong but the online value websites say...

This home is located at ***** Miami, OK and is currently estimated at $114,777, approximately $86 per square foot.

It is 113 years old and has never sold for more than $40,000. In this particular town, you can still build a house for about $120/SF and lots are a dime a dozen. A dang nightmare to measure the upper level and junk everywhere. The guy is a fixer-upper guy buying it, but he should be thinking about a tear-er-downer mode.

Once the automated systems are in charge, think what fun the "double contracting, no money down" schemers can have.

You can bet that mortgage fraud will run rampant with scammers buying such houses and "flipping" them on paper and borrowing against the value assigned by the computer.

Hey if the FED board can do mortgage fraud then it must be back in style. No doubt automation will have some very lucrative angles with cover from the FED and the left just like the last time.
