Is the ASC and TAF Unconstitutional?

Side track. Imagine what it would have done to many biased parties if the whole majority of licensed appraisers in America could have voted on that last minute change in law on separation of fees between AMCs and APPRAISERS on Truth in lending disclosures.

If you say no change, you need help.

It changed the market structure.

maybe the question is not why they are unconstitutional...but where does the constitution allow this circus show :rof: :rof: :rof:

It's not as much an issue of whether the Constitution allows it.... as whether the Constitution prohibits it.

Regardless, the fight here is about how govt operates. What govt has chosen to do. What the politicians and bureaucrats are doing. Up to and including the point that the one hand doesn't necessarily know what the other hand is doing; or even if they do know, are powerless on their own to alter what the other agencies are doing.

...not like there is any requirement to take a constitutional class or buy the constitution every two years :rof: :rof: :rof:

Anyone can quit taking CE or paying their licensing fees any time they want to. This here is America. Nobody is forcing appraisers to do anything.

Not that it would sink in. But I could list numerous professions that require regular CE or similar. Welcome to the real world

so congress delegated their duties to a non profit organization...
and then TAF delegates their duties to their next door neighbors...
and then 15th st delegates their duties to ansi....
and our 15th user abusers/competitors don't even follow what they write while waiving the appraisal...
and what stops ansi to delegate to the next non profit group...
and so on and so on.... :ROFLMAO:

Were you complaining about this in 1989 when the legislation was signed into law? BTW, what has TAF delegated?
