Is there a way to find out a freight trains schedule?

You could certainly get credible information, (possibly even accurate) from the FBI or Homeland....they may not give the information over the phone, but when they show up, you can tell them it’s for an ASC assignment.

Not seeing specific times but it does estimate 6 runs within a 12 hour period. I suppose if I hang around my inspection for 2 hours I will at least get to see it pass by once. good thing the house is empty. Going to need some snacks and reading material for that one.

Of course. Not my first rodeo. I actually appraised the house right on the other side of the tracks a few years ago. No affect on marketability then so I don't expect it will now.

I've lived several blocks from the tracks before and also from an airport. Most nights it wasn't noticeable, but other times it felt like I needed to run for cover. Something to do with sound waves, temperature and time of day.

On this assignment, I just want to hear for once how it sounds with a train track right behind the fence.
