Is this house too "Loggy?"

I would not remove them. They asked you for your opinion.

I always say be careful when you ask for my opinion because that's exactly what I will give you.

They want to custom pick my comparables. I like my report the way it is. Do I bend to client desires? (again.. not the client but their AMC who rides shotgun on the stagecoach.)

I agree.

I love the requests to replace your own opinion with someone's else opinion, especially when that opinion is not supported by market data.

I don't know if this house it too "loggy" but I do think you have it handled nicely. Obviously I have not had to deal with log homes but I have dealt with many geo-domes in my career, same principle and I handled in a similar way......point being, I got paid at the end and I did my cya in the process.

Pleasanton is only 15 min. from me............email me through the forum and let's have lunch!!!
