JD Vance: Tariffs are an Overdue Escape from Globalist Pathway

No Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Food stamps, etc etc etc....
Maybe Trump is a GOD....

There is no doubt there are other factors as well, and fiat currency is most definitely a contributing factor. The correlation between wealth and tax rates has to do with how the upper income brackets are taxed. The US tax system has always been progressive - it's just currently LESS progressive than at other points - which contributes to the wealth gap, and most certainly to the erosion of the middle class, as they're the ones who pick up the tax burden when it's lightened on the wealthy.

Nobody picks up the tax burden; they just put it on the credit card and debase the currency.

Someone posted this online today. When I was growing up, Pat Buchanan and Ralph Nader were the wacko outsiders, but you can see they are opposite sides of the same coin in a way. You can draw a straight through line from what Buchanan was saying and Trump's election, reflection, and the events of today.

What does comparing wealth and tax rates between classes have to do with it, though? The measure of my well-being has nothing to do with Elon's ability to accumulate wealth and the government's ability to take it away.

I think it is mostly the debasement of currency. One thing it does is that it gives people high time preference. They want to buy everything now because it will cost more later. But if your dollar doesn't depreciate, you are more likely to save it. Debasement also means you have to invest so you don't lose your wealth. Imagine a world with stable prices and how that would change your retirement plans. It's almost unimaginable. Instead, we are all constantly swimming against the current.
Good observation

I think the blue line is mostly because of currency debasement and the red line is mostly because of tax policy and I don't think they're necessarily too dependent upon one another.

Unfortunate but historical records seem to point to major world wars and military conflicts just prior to new economic and political ideologies coming into place.

The 75 year cycle is over due to expect a major jaw dropping Nuclear type of event that shakes complacency and long term belief to the core. The old boomers got complacent and many didn't prepare their now adult children for what's coming.

Pat Buchanan was always correct. The so-called free traders have destroyed manufacturing in this country.

The way their all crying like the worlds coming to an end they must have really been Fing us hard. Why don't they just sell their stuff to Russia or China or Iran or someone else? I think Trump realized we have lots of politician's on the take and thats why so many are panicked.

Think about it name one thing you can't live without from Canada or Germany ? Hell it's all propaganda and the Democrats only have fear to sell their poor constituents. What a novel idea to bring manufacturing back home and buy American. But Democrats love to import junk to us and criminals they call undocumented people
