July Appraisal Council Meeting

The July meeting of the appraisal council will be held Friday afternoon, July 11th at the Board of Realtors beginning at 1 pm.
As you all know Nanci has moved on to greener pastures of Texas and this will be our first meeting with new leadership. I would ask you each to bring ideas for the council, topics you would like to discuss, any speakers you would like to host, and any issues you would like to share with everyone.

Please think about the issues of declining market and oversupply as it applies to our market areas as we will be discussing this during this meeting. If you have any examples of how you measure market value trends please bring them so we can compare and all learn one from the other.

You may want to send PE a private message. I don't think he monitors this partuicular board. Since 09/05/08 is the Friday before Labor Day, they may very likely move it back a week. You might also check the calendar at the AMBR website. Anyone may attend. There are no requirements at all. You don't even have to ba an appraiser.

I checked the GAAR calender and it shows Friday Sept 5 at 1:00pm to 3:00pm. I don't have PE email address. Thankl you very much for your response and I will check the GAAR calender again when it get closer.
