Keeping rents same

California residents can expect sharp increases in their condo, renter, and home insurance rates in the coming months.

State Farm recently requested permission from state regulators to raise rates by 30% for homeowners, 52% for renters, and 36% for condo owners. Allstate Insurance just received approval to raise rates by an average of 34%. The increase is hitting some residents hard.
Most of my residential properties' insurance haven't increased as much except for the one that I had a claim.
Commercial on other hand has gone up at least 20%. Two decided not to renew. Ugh.
Must be less regulations to drop customers and to limit increase on commercial properties.

Decided to keep rents same with getting a small concession.
The tenant did pay during Covid and it seems they're having challenging time now (more so than during Covid).
Speaking with my other restaurant tenants, they noticed a slowdown in business. I suspect it must be the hot weather this week....I hope.
