Knoxville folks, I've never heard of these guys, have you all? I do very little AMC work thus far in my almost 16 year career. This is pathetic. Appraisers in Florida are being paid $175 for full URAR's by most AMC's. Sad. Hope it isn't coming to TN. In Murfreesboro, they are trying and getting away at $210, from what I've been told.

Willie, i have never heard of these companies.
Willie, have you checked out any other AMC's.
You know, they are not all bad. I have a couple that fee absolutely full fee and are a pleasure to work with. However, there are some sharks out there as well.

The only AMC in Knoxville that I know of is Intergration 4.0 which does a lot of Regions Bank work. This may be the company you are talking about.

I just went in a checked my old email and I found the email. Yes, it is Intergration 4.0 that sent that email out. They also go by I40 as well.
