My daughter, who lives in Leavenworth, has friends who operate a retail business in that area and are looking to purchase a former carpet shop which is about 50 years old and priced at $595,000 which apparerently amounts to about $48/sqft.
I told them the first thing to do is talk to a good commercial lender in the area but can someone tell me who the commercial appraisers are that are familiar with that market?
It sounds like a pipe dream to me but maybe I can help educate them a little.
