My laptop will not turn on. If I take the battery out and put back in, it will....so, what is happening? The battery is weakening and does not hold a charge for long but why no turn? The laptop acts like it is dead but the battery has a charge. Once the battery is snapped out and snapped back in, it boots fine. If you leave the power cord on when you do that, it is still 'dead'. Something about removing all power seems to reset the "on" button.

New battery solve the problem maybee???

?? Circuitry that feeds laptop DC power from AC wall outlet sounds like it may be going OUT, or feeding wrong voltage.
Otherwise, why would it react badly to wall current input, ??,
which should look to laptop like a nice strong battery.
Can you test lead at input to laptop with a voltmeter,
and look up against what he little transformer box says it should be putting out.
(( Mine says it outputs 19v at 3.4 amps to the my laptop))

The problem I have with my lap top is that it boots fine, the desk top shows and then goes dark. Its very faint but I cant see much. Then if I reboot it will come back up and do the same thing.
