Mark Zachary is doing an interview right now on Larry King Live. He is the ex Countrywide VP that is suing them over being fired. He claims that he was fired for whistleblowing about appraisal fraud and liar loans.

He and his attorney were interviewed, and specifically brought up that he was aware of appraisal fraud. They had a panel of "experts" that all said they believed what he was saying was the truth, but Countrywide said it was a performance issue, and that they would never allow any fraud. There is no link to post the video yet. I'll check back tomorrow and see if I can add the link to this thread.
