Well, what is the rest of drill? Do you sit on the floor, listen to samovars, belly dance, smoke water pipes, drink tea, what? Surely eating steak at a lebanese steakhose has got to have something else to go with it. What distinguishes it from say a Mongolian pizza parlor?
I think a real lebanese steak is probably billy-goat loin.
Now I ate that once in Utah. It wasn't lebanese that I know of, but it is definitely a once in a life time experience. Never again. It was not meant to be eaten. I have no idea what you are supposed to do with it, but it smells like something that might be of interest to a girl goat. When it nis cooked, the odor fumigates the entire building and eliminates the need for an exterminator for months.
