Law firms begin addressing AMC fraud

I swear, this is the only industry I know that desires the least competent and least skilled. Being licensed and insured is one thing having the experience and skill set is another.

Air traffic controllers may have also been influenced by DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies. It’s suspicious that some of the helicopter crew members’ names have not been made public. But to answer your question, this may very well be one of the few industries where incompetence is often celebrated and elevated under the guise of meeting what the stupid 'users' want, while truly competent individuals are sidelined. It's laughable.

The users only get to decide how much extra they think is sufficient to their usage. Not what the actual minimums are for all appraisal practice regardless of use/user.

Why do you hate Fannie/Freddie's extras so much? Why do you hate your own clients' extras so much? Don't you want to meet the expectations they have for your work?

good for the consumer. Does nothing for the appraisers. This will only take a long time and while it’s taking a long time things will continue on.

Dumb reasoning. Nothing wrong with DEI policies.

In a gross shortage environment if even one qualified applicant is passed over then that is - at the very least - an inefficient use of the human resource. And also a poor use of public funding. If rejecting qualified applicants is being done for the purposes of deliberate discrimination (racial, social or otherwise) then it's also inherently immoral.

With that said, "qualified applicants" and job performance also include getting along with others and not being the high maintenance worker who is disrupting the workplace. So it isn't just all about the individual's technical competency. It's a workplace, not a guitar solo at a rock concert.

Well.....not for racial or social reasons (although the last Administration made this come into play) but, AMC's have been doing this to appraisers for Cold Hard Cash.....

Sure, the "inexperienced" appraisers are licensed. However, AMC's are passing up the more qualified and experienced appraiser within the subject's immediate market area for the desperate, non-geographically competent bottom feeder.

So in a sense, AMC's are rejecting qualified applicants (appraisers) which is "inherently immoral".
