If Webbed was on the board, maybe he could straighten them out. I saw some of their work, it was incompetent at best, and they flat out intimidate you into signing an agreement with them, which includes big penalties, or they threaten to start requesting more and more files until they find enough 'errors' to take your license, and livelihood, away. And, no matter what, they want those fines, and they'll fine you for stupid little things, real or imagined, to 'pay' for the investigation.
