Still, if I loan you a ton of money for a 25 year lease for a walgreens. Do you think that lease is recorded in public records before I satisfy that lease and my mortgage is recorded?

Do you think title insurance lawyer will pick that up?

Would you be typically motivated to buy that recorded lease?
