I think modulars and site built would be the most suitable comparables, just my opinion.
New construction of a "container" dwelling. Do the cost approach?

This is XXXXXX from CoreLogic Technical Support Center and I will gladly continue following your case.
I research at the book all type of information about Container Houses, also ask with my teamwork and unfortunately we don't have a way to cost a container house. If the are new or used shipping containers doesn't matter because, as of right now, we don't have costs for either. As our support team said, they have been added this to a list of items to research, if they get data for them then they would be added to the book. But currently is out of scope.
