Lender want my MLS sheets!

Certainly you are not suggesting that any appraiser is using sales data from the MLS in a report without verifying it through other sources...

I am by no means suggesting this was the case with the original poster. There are times however when the indicated sales price in the MLS differs from data from other sources or the selling price was incorrectly recorded in the MLS at the time and then was corrected later. I've seen this happen even in public records believe it or not.

I don't know why you would be surprised however by seeing appraisals done using only MLS data, and again i am not suggesting this was the case here. Heck I've seen completed reports where the verification source for the sales price of comp #1 was "a phone call to the selling agent" eventhough the property still showed as active in the MLS.
 
Tell them that you view it only and they key info into the report. Tell them that you don't have a printer.

Or tell them about you print cost at 100 bucks per MLS sheet.
