How's the market for all you granite staters?

I'm finding many towns have different price segments going down, up, but overall stable.
Tons of foreclosures being listed in real data, I suppose in the next few months those will get dumped on the market.

Yes I see the see thing as you. With all the talk that you see for the down market I find myself double checking my data to make sure I have it right. I just recently completed a condo in Manchester-- the first one in a while for that market. I could not believe the stats for Manchester. In the prior 12 months there has been approximately 460 condo units sold!!! Whew!! Yes the market does seem a bit slow but only in certain segments. Condos actually seem to have gone up a bit but not much. Although that might be the picture in Manchester it is not the same in all Southern NH towns. I too will try to remember to return here on a regular basis.
