Im taking the national license exam on 1/29 in a couple of weeks. I was wondering if anyone could recommend an online cram course. I looked at www.mckissock.com and noticed they offer a CR exam prep, but did not see anything about license.

Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Spaced repetition over a couple of weeks is enough to really know the information.

I was able to score very high on the CR test using spaced repetition just going over course material from required classes.

I think you will find too many similarities between different things for a cram course to help - in fact, it may be more confusing than helpful.

Good luck to you in any case.

I called mckissock since I made the post and they pretty much told me use the course material as well. Thanks for the advice!

Appraisal CompuCram

I just passed the test today. I used Appraisal CompuCram it is very similar to the exam and has several hundred practice questions.

Hi, I studied from the book "Questions and answers to help you pass the real estate appraisal exams" by Jeffrey D. Fisher and Dennis S. Tosh. I think I got it Barnes and Noble.

Good luck.

Henry Harrison at Forms & Worms has one also

Thanks for the advice!!

I'm about 1/2 way through Harrisons's book. I think it will get the job done, but I would have prefered something that was more "Cliff Notes" rather that what he put together. This is really kind of a summary of the BE you've already had with a little "look at this" symbol where there's a test question hidden.
