Appraiser Trainee
Hello. My name is Kenneth Ross Martin. I am about to be State Residential Licensed in Texas and am looking to relocate to Austin or Dallas. I have 3 years as an appraisal trainee under my Father, a General Certified Appraiser in Houston, and 2 more as his assistant. I am looking for a position as a field appraiser or as a staff review appraiser. I attended Texas A&M University for 2 years and have gotten all of my Appraisal Course work through Robinson Real Estate School and Champions School of Real Estate. I am very good with computers, have my own camera and 2 reliable vehicles. I am very familiar with Alamodes WinTotal, especially troubleshooting, and both Apex and Davinci sketching softwares. I am very hard working and a great learner. I have a lot of experience with rural and unique properties, as well as tract homes in subdivisions. I have a lot of experience with the Sales and Cost approaches but, due to the limited rental base in the markets I currently work in, I am not so familiar with the Income Approach. I am very willing to learn though. I am not FHA certified but have experience with the FHA process and the FHA inspections, and would like to become FHA/VA certified. I am looking to earn at least $45,000 per year, either on a salary or on a fee split basis. I can provide you with my Resume on request. If interested, please E-Mail me at [email protected] or give me a call at (281) 659-3737. If you call me I probably will not answer as I will not know your number but please leave me a voice mail and I will return your call. Thank you very much.
