Is there a Listing Comparables Analysis page specifically for the 1073? I've got an underwriter bounced a report because I used a generic Listing Comp. page, but I can find no other.

I suspect the correct answer is that the use of listings is not a fannie mae requirement and therefore no specific form exists, but want to be sure before I respond to UW.

Do they want you to put the listings on an extra comps page? Some companies require the listings on an additional comps page for some reason.

No they want it on a "1073 Comparable Listings Analysis" page. My old software had one but in looking at it, it appears to be the same form I already sent, except it has "Fannie Mae Form 1073 10-94" at the bottom. Maybe there's a way to add that to the bottom margin andI can move on with my life.

Let me guess: the form that you used for comps 4 etc. does not allow for UAD-compliant reporting (and UAD is required).

I do not have a specific Listings form for the 1073. Most people just use the standard listings form and use the extra spaces for the condo-specific items.

However, it is something that I am working on and is in a group of about 50 new forms I am about to release.

As for "comps 4-6 not being UAD Compliant," you can be UAD compliant just fine with the additional comparables page.

I agree that the listings SHOULD BE on a "LISTINGS" page ant NOT included on the "Sales Comparison Anaylsis" page even if they are "comps 4-6" simply because it is misleading and skews the results of the sales data.

This is why I am working on this specifically. I will probably have about 9 or ten of these new forms out by the end of today, INCLUDING THE 1073 LISTINGS FORM (which will also work with the 1075).

Looks like JD is resolving it. Still, the UW is full of crap. Tell the UW to send that fannie mandate over to you. I use a generic listing page...never had a problem. Why? Because no such mandate exists.

Sorry it took longer than expected, but a new form dedicated to Listings for the 1073 and 1075 are now in the current build (Build 192). I also added some StreetLinks forms that I was sent me copies of.
