After 31 years with monster I finally detached that Lamprey from my life and am starting anew. Hard to believe decades of busting my azz have been mostly for naut except my kids. So.. if you were playing catch up like me where/what would you invest in. I have the safe 401k stuff I'm talking more risky with some I'm not worried if I lose it money. My close friend bought Palantir at rock bottom and his dad was mad he didn't buy more lol so let's hear what you got.

It’s a bear market currently for crypto and the blockchain, but many wealth managers now recommend 2-4% allocation in the blockchain. One I’m in is ARKF which is an ETF Blockchain And Fintech Innovation. Most people I know think I’m a crypto psycho, but I have 90% of my bag in a professionally managed fund, the remaining 10% is me inside the blockchain fancying myself as a guru. I will never exceed 10% no matter how arrogant or bright I may think I am. With so many ETFs it’s easy now to invest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP and TAO without worrying about codes and self-custody. With that being said, Bitcoin is way down today, it’s in the “extreme fear” range, currently $67,000 and some say it will go as low as $45,000. I know some guys who have 100% of their bag in Bitcoin, no way I could do that, I’d never sleep. I was buying it when it dropped to $16,00 the last cycle. Anyone remember Big Ole Boy from Tennessee who used to post here? Ex MAI who got in Bitcoin very early, he was buying it back when it was 4 digits. He must own half of Tennessee now. BTW I know a lot of guys who wish they were starting over at 56.

Invest in those stock 47 does....
I can't believe I'm stating the obvious to you.... :)
Actually that is true, Trump has done well with Bitcoin in the unrealized/realized gains and losses tax game, the game white trash like myself can't afford to play. Asking Grok about the Trump family's Bitcoin/crypto holdings makes Grok dizzy. I'm personally counting on a big Bitcoin rebound at some point, Trump and Vance both own a lot of Bitcoin and Bitcoin related investments Trump owns between 650-750 million dollars worth of Bitcoin related products and I'm sure he will not hesitate to use the state to prop it up.

Put your money in an index fund like the one I have, it's cracking, and I figure it probably will for the remainder of the decade. Check it out, IYW, iShares US Tech fund.

Trans Cuban Ferry line or perhaps transport planes with seats and handcuffs to deport illegals.
Building Cigar boats for use in Venezuela, drone motors for Ukraine, or
You could invest in a racehorse, preferably one with strong ankles.

Nothing for 6 months just thinking and getting off the emotional roller coaster you've been living in for many years and the same with women don't get involved until your stable. Finally since it's rare people ever listen to sound advice I'd just throw it all in the risky **** and party like it's 1999....lol )

I think that the data center infrastructure companies still have room to run; check into some of those. I'm up between 40 and 90% since March this year on those. You can buy individual stocks or ETFs that specialize in them. They won't run forever but I think they'll have room for another couple of years.

Long term I'm buying some of the Biomedical stocks that have taken a beating lately. They're down 30-50% but I'm betting they'll come back. They always have.

I'm not a financial adviser and not giving financial advice, but you have to love the Expense Ratio too. Fisher Investment, the company who advertise a lot, who says, "If you don't make money, we don't make money". has an Annual Expense of 1%, and 1.5% for small investors.
