So, why doesn't someone give Joe a call? I did and got an answer that I posted in the Fannie section under the "revisit the appraisal" title!

He can't bite you through the phone. He answered the question straight forward after listening to my explanation.

Ahhh, there ya go (found out exactly what I was l kin fer) - ya left out all the good info until I presented the "misunderstanding" issue of the Snowglobe antics.

Yea I told him that if he brought me an envelope with $100,000.00 in cash I would help him make 1/2 mil. I figured it would cover my kids college and rent while I was in prison. He nevered showed up and for some reason I haven't heard from him or the MB in over a month now

Oh well at least I got a copy of a real appraisal.
