Loft Bedroom?

If used as a bedroom, then call it a bedroom. If used as an office, call it an office.

I seem to recall a saying from a wise, old appraiser....something like.."just because a cat has kittens in the oven doesn't mean they're muffins".

Just because they put a bed in a room doesn't mean its a bedroom.

Consider an A-frame style house which has an open loft that is used as a bedroom. Is there anything which states that a bedroom must be fully enclosed and that the loft can't be counted as a bedroom if the market reaction to the loft is that it is a bedroom?
Are you saying the property is one bedroom house but that bedroom is an open loft? Then it shall be the studio, isn't it?
