I am currently a Realtor, 15 years in the business, who would like to become a Certified Residential Appraiser. I do have a Bachelor's Degree in Math and Commerce. I have been advised to find an appraiser who is willing to take me on as a Trainee before I move ahead with the necessary courses to begin my new path.
