I am searching for online state exam practice questions for Florida. I'am trying to decide between either the Cooke Real Estate School or the Learn Appraising.com. Cooke was a few dollars cheaper however, my main concern is choosing the one with questions most similar to the actually exam. If anybody has info or experience with either, please let me know.

If it is a PSI test? the Questions and answers by Fisher & Tosh ( Dearborn Publisher ) covers about 75% of the test. The Highest and best use was not covered in great detail however.

The real problem with Appraisal testing is that 80% of it does not reflect or guage true appraiser skills that are relevant to the profession.

That being said, I found a great test prep tool that is a great supplement to traditional studying and on the job experience. Go to http://www.gaappraiser.com. This test software is great and over 95% of it is relevant to appraisers nationwide.

I just bought Harrison's guide because I'll be taking my general test soon. It has two residential test and two general tests.

Thanks for the help. I passed my state test last week and got my certification approved :)

I am planning on taking my test by the end of the year, and i am also located in florida. i was just curious which tools you used, and which were the most helpful.
