World Savings has an excellent opportunity for registered trainee Real Estate Appraisers in New Jersey. This position requires a self-motivated, articulate, organized individual who has proven appraisal and technical skills. Customer service is critical to this position for both establishing and maintaining positive long-lasting relation ships with our in-house customers and our loan clients. Achieving this will require flexibility in your workday to accommodate clients and a workload that will allow you to meet aggressive production goals.
As a Registered Trainee you will be responsible for completing appraisals, inspecting properties, researching market trends, assisting our other Appraisal Departments, as well as conferring with World’s Loan Origination and Underwriting Departments. High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to obtain state issued appraisal license within one (1) year.
