Louisiana Is Getting Ready To Settle With The Ftc Whether The La. Board Likes It Or Not

He has an agenda to sell and can't let that be interrupted by the likes of either of us.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

So again, when a state is broke, why would it ignor deep pockets with obvious opportunities?

It's just more profitable to them to prosecute the shoplifters and stop sign runners?

Hopefully drug dealers are not benefiting from relaxed rules like AMCs are.
'Perhaps drug cartels can move into LA and claim AMC defense,
no money to prosecute.

Better than comedy TV.

According to TimDs rationale - Add these oil states as well. Alaska, Texas, NM, WY, WV, OK, Utah and ND to to LAs indigence - as having empty coffers.....just because.

Who really expects a person with a law degree would answer a simple yes or no question? :rof:

Yup,
and wait until Ocare crashes,
nothing will be illegal, or,
administratively incorrect.

You are full of assumptions, Tim. Do you stand by the statement that the ROL is adhered to, much less the spirit

And from here on Tim, don't put words on me. I do not despise the AMC. The model is wrong. There are many bad actors in the ranks but those individuals need to brought to bear. Why do you ignore the problem or do you support those bad actors.

He lives on extraordinary assumptions. :rof:

Most of his posts reveal that.

It is sometimes entertaining to see the tangents that various threads will spin off to. This tit-for-tat about whether or not Louisiana has a budget crisis is pretty funny, especially given this:

As for the "Rule of Law" discussion, I encourage everyone with any interest in that concept to read the full transcript of the LA Board v iMortgage case.

Tell me one state that doesn't have a deficit. Then break it down by region and smaller areas like Cities.

That point is totally mute. It has nothing to do with this thread.

I have already explained that a State AG is salary and they haven't been laid off.

IAs for the "Rule of Law" discussion, I encourage everyone with any interest in that concept to read the full transcript of the LA Board v iMortage case.

And that is exactly why the boards should be consulting with attorneys before they run up administrative claims.

Too many self serving egos in this industry.

Antitrust issues will be revealed. Public interests will be the reason. It won't be the same focus as now.

Debt of a State Government has nothing to do with it.

Why is the NJ banking commission pushing for separation of fees?

The saddest part of this mess is that residential appraisers who pound out 1004s are so blinded by the whole C&R crusade they can't (or refuse) to see they are fighting the wrong war.

For want of a nail......
