Hello everyone:

Can anybody please tell me what is a typical fee to request for LSI work? I've heard of some low cost fees. I cant Believe it!

Thanks!:leeann:

Contact Damon, he will tell you what they are paying in your area, it's peanuts.

Thank You, I heard thats the case but it never hurts to check.

About $160 for a 1004 last I heard. Course, TRW was offering $110-125, so LSI is not the worst.

You MUST stick with YOUR own fee and decline all their offers that don't come up to your own fee - for yourself and for appraising as a business and profession.

You know, come May 1, those AMCs will be swamped with work. Wonder what their turn time will be?

Who would work for $160 a job?

You might not want to assume. Out here LS's pannel isnt keeping up with the work load. Jobs are sitting on ad board past their due dates. My Super has had LS call him several times a week asking him to take jobs. They're going right up to $400-500 and giving due dates a week out without a fight.

Well, put it this way, someone is going to pick the 15 plus assignments per month that I will no longer receive come May 1st.
