Anyone with experience on Magician Lake, particularly island houses? PM me and I can get you in contact with an owner looking for a real appraisal. Could be an interesting assignment that he is willing to pay good money for.

Hi Tim,

Magician Lake is east of St. Joseph about 14 miles. (west side of the state) You're going to have to take your family on some vacations on the sunset side. Sand Dunes, vineyards, clean air. My wife and I try to haul the camper over there 3-4 time per summer.

That picture is at the footsteps of my family's former cottage in Empire. Funny I'd recognize that shot, but it is taken from the public access point in Empire, about 100 ft north is where our cottage used to be.

Nobody responded yet. I think it would be a challenge although I have no knowledge of the market. Just know a guy with some killer house on the (an?) island in Magician Lake. He's a broker here and would like to get a REAL appraisal of the place. Told him it wouldn't be cheap, he doesn't care.
