Last year I attended one of Don Clark's classes on Manufactured Housing. It was very enlightening. There were great discussions and an excellent reference book was provided, which I frequently consult. Don: Where are You? I'm sure you can sum this entire thread up with just a few short paragraphs. :lol:

Once again, an informative thread. Once again, Jo Ann (the Goddess of Manufactured Housing Appraising) has clarified a potentially confusing issue. I have compiled a file of her posts and consult it frequently. Don't tell her though - she may charge me royalties! LOL.
