Has anyone had trouble with their MapPoint application with ACI this weekend? It worked just fine on Friday, however, yesterday was a different story. I just tried it again this morning and still nothing. It tells me my "inquiry was rejected. Please make sure I am connected to the internet." I am connected, so I don't see a problem. My subscription was renewed in November, so it's not that either.

Just checking to see if anyone else has had an issue this weekend. :peace:

I just tried it and its working.

Maybe its just that cold Chicago weather.

Well this sucks.

Thanks for checking :).

It was actually 65 here yesterday, so not so cold. Just a winter teaser...it'll be 30 by mid week again.

Why is it that things don't work when I am busy...it's just my luck! Grrrrr!!!!!!:angry::angry:

This happened once to me; try this, it can't hurt. Open Internet explorer, click on file, scroll down to see if the work offline is checked. This was the problem with mine.

Thanks for the tip Al. I just looked, but it wasn't checked. Bummer, I was hoping that might be it.

two weeks ago I did an ACI WEBUPDATE,after the WEBUPDATE I went to use my Mappoint it was not there, I called ACI and they reset the software, they would not comment as to what happened.

When I updated my ACI, the "Tool", "Mapping" doesn't work anymore. They said there was a glitch in the update. So I can only use the Get Map button.

Onto the other issue...it's finally working now. Turns out my firewall server updated and wouldn't allow the proxy to get that large of a data return, so it had to be shut off for the time being, (not the firewall, just the proxy), until the husband can figure out how to allow larger data to pass through.

Or something like that. LOL!:rof:

I don't pretend to know what he's talking about, but it's sure nice to have the IT department living in your house. He wasn't "available" all day to fix it, due to a long night watching some fight at the neighbor's house with the boys. Obviously, I stayed home. :rof:
