I havent read many of your other posts, so im not so familiar with you. And this comment isnt directly aimed at you, even though i have quoted your post.

You all do realize right that there are many good companies out there who you can market to that dont require a number to be hit?
I mean, you havent all fallen into the propaganda B.S trap that some on here are spinning right that skippy has completely taken over and there is no work for the ethical appraisers.
Its a true fact that there are a lot of sloppy idiot uneducated appraisers/skippies whatever you want to call them. Dont compete with them, its that easy.

There are clients who want an accurate good appraisal. You need to find them, it may take a while, in fact, it took me several years.

Not everyone is cut out to make it in business, its survival of the fittest, those who think outside the box, keep abreast of whats going on etc will make it.
Those who sit around complaining that skippy took my work will not.

If there is no one to market to the logical conclusion would be that there is no market. A cannot be A and non A.

:P

Marketing via word of mouth, incentive, direct mail, email, phone, meet and greet are all valid ways of promoting your business!
